Nick does really excellent work, he fixed my collision damage for very reasonable cost and I was surprised to see he fixed an older dent for no extra charge. As promised, he had my car ready to go in a matter of days. I highly recommend his work.

Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. I believe this vehicle is everything they said it is. Very courteous and friendly run business. Thank you!
