I cannot express the length these people went to, making sure I was satisfied. I had some issues that the dealer had no need to fix based on our agreement. I went into Saint John Nissan to look for a new car. A very friendly, and outgoing lady met me at the door with a huge smile! Her name is Karen, and she is wonderful to deal with! If you are looking for a vehicle, she is the one to see! I had been to other dealerships before, and noone even came over to talk to me. Karen offered me a coffee right away, and took the time to find out what I needed in a vehicle. I ended up getting a used Murano. And we LOVE IT!!! I didn't even know they had used cars!
