These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. TESLA Park Royal is located in the South side of the Park Royal Mall opposite Whole Foods and there is lots of Parking. The best Advisor is an older fellow called Karim the dream ! Lol
