Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Made my first pick up truck buying experience easy and understandable. Treated me like a friend vs just another customer. I went to get the root canal done and they had home alone playing... and boy it was hard to concentrate keeping my mouth still. Also, if you have young kids beware as they will not wanna leave as they have ps3 and other games!
