I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!

After reading other great reviews about this body shop, i decided to bring my car to John in order to repair the rust and corrosion on the driver's side of my Elantra GT and also my sunroof. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

I have dealt with Doug for many years & have bought my last 3 used cars off him. I am going to hopefully be buying car #4 off him too. The reason I have bought so many cars from him is because I only spend $1500.00 so obviously they are cars that have their issues after years. He is fair with trade ins & price.
