Great service from the first call to the delivery and pickup, everything was conducted in a timely manor. Very professional, friendly staff takes the time to explain the process. I recently used Flowersmart to send flowers to my dearest friend who just got out of the hospital. From the moment I called the store, I felt very confident in what she suggested. She listened to what my friend liked and offered wonderful help. Such a pleasure dealing with someone who knows their stock and can help find the perfect flowers. Awesome, Awesome people, plans, trees and plants!! Wonderful service and such tidy work. We have had many upgrades to our landscaping lately and HVN has done an outstanding job. They are hard workers and leave everything looking perfect. After care, fertilizing and mulching is always done in a timely manner and with great care. Rob is brilliant! Never will you find a salon that is as opening and welcoming, each one of the stylists are up for anything you want to throw at them when it comes to your hair, and they are very friendly. Plus its not busy because not many people know about it!

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.
