I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.

I recently used Flowersmart to send flowers to my dearest friend who just got out of the hospital. From the moment I called the store, I felt very confident in what she suggested. She listened to what my friend liked and offered wonderful help. Such a pleasure dealing with someone who knows their stock and can help find the perfect flowers. happy with the service from Caldwell Plumbing, told us we could do it ourselves, but as we weren't confident enough and afraid we would screw it up, we hired them, he fixed our problem, offered info so we could repair ourselves should it happen again. Friendly service...THANK YOU!!

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

Birks is amazing! They landscaped by backyard which included a gorgeous interlocking patio near my new inground salt water pool. I am loving the space. I am hoping to have them come back to sod my front year, as well. Excellent work and service. Highly recommend Birks for your projects! :)
