I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Over the last 10 years, Tydan has enhanced our property by creating a Koi pond complete with waterfall and landscaping of the backyard, building walkways, and completely redesigning our front yard. Thanks Dr. Traczuk for such a thorough and friendly eye exam. I was nervous when you left your old location to be even more downtown that there wouldnt be free parking any more. Thank you for keeping parking free, even at where you are located. Not many downtown businesses can offer this service to their patrons. Bravo!!

Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.
