I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. The floor nurses were amazing. Anna, Kayla and Sara were my compassionate and caring team. Thank you

Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Thanks Dr. Traczuk for such a thorough and friendly eye exam. I was nervous when you left your old location to be even more downtown that there wouldnt be free parking any more. Thank you for keeping parking free, even at where you are located. Not many downtown businesses can offer this service to their patrons. Bravo!!
