Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

I wanted to thank Gordon H. Service technician for Cambridge area for doing an excellent job of replacing my sump pump. I received same day service from Hy Pro following the September rain storm. Gordon went above and beyond. He even helped pour my bucketed water into the sump pump basin. The new pump was well tested. Thanks for helping out and relieving our anxiety over our mini flood. Highly recommend ?
