I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

I have been having some electrical problems with a 54 year old classic car for a few months now that was leaving me stumped. Today I had an appointment with RM Auto Tech. After switching from another vet clinic couple of months ago, this clinic including their staff and doctors has restored my faith in vets. Not only they are kind and gentle with my pets, but they truly care about them. Dr. Vakily listens to us every time and really cares for our animals with compassion. She was very professional, kind and patient with my nervous sick dog last week.
