United and team (Colin and Gary) came to our rescue 2 weeks ago following a breakdown in Golden. Could not have had a better service and better company. Felt very safe and in very good hands. Great job guys and a big thanks again.

We experienced vehicle problems while travelling through Golden on August 24th. We were carrying a heavy camper on our pickup. BCAA sent Classic Towing to our rescue. We were very impressed with the young man who arrived. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and quickly delivered our unit to the garage, while allowing us to ride with him in his tow truck. His friendly, positive attitude went a long way in helping us in a difficult situation. Thank you to Classic Towing!

On Sunday, June 15th, we were stuck with our camper on the ferry to Balfour. The parking brake was stuck. Balfour Towing came to pick us off. The man in question, Eric was his name, was very helpful and friendly. He has taken us from the ferry and brought us to a place where we could spend the night and he has ensured that we could continue the other day. This help was class.

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!

Robert was very polite and friendly and helped us reliably out of our predicament. Although we are tourists, he did not take advantage of us by charging additional costs or anything like that. An absolute compliment and a recommendation!
Robert war sehr nett und holte uns schnell und zuverlässig aus unserer misslichen Lage. Obwohl wir Touristen waren, verschaffte er sich keinen Vorteil, indem er uns Zusatzkosten oder Ähnliches berechnete! Ein absolutes Lob und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
