We are new to this area and are truly blessed to have found the Welland Animal Hospital for our new puppy. The vet was attentive and so kind as well as informative. The staff were super and the attendant I had that greeted me couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much.

The vet and technicians know what they are doing. The vet is great I had my 2 -10 week olds chocolate labs in to see him he’s great with animals as if you don’t understand him he explains it in laymen’s terms so you do understand and he was great handling the puppies and hi technicians are so friendly and haven’t heard anyone complain at all about him. The end of the month they go back for there boosters and to be microchipped. Then next June it’s neutering time for both my males. Try him out.

Ive worked at Chippawa Animal Hospital since Dr. Peggy Dowell opened her doors in 1991. The one thing I can say about working here is that staff dont leave. That speaks volumes to the atmosphere and family we have created over the years. We welcome new clients to join us. I was referred to Hillview 16 years ago and was thrilled with Dr Hugh and his staff! All of our pets have been cared for with so much love and kindness and never did we feel the care was about money first, unlike most so called hospital vets! Dr Elena has been fantastic with our unique situation,and has always gone above and beyond with her level of care, just like her dad. A true sense of caring from the moment you walk in the door.Thank you is not enough for these wonderful professionals!
