The staff at Norgate is always very kind and compassionate. Our dog Maggie is never fearful when she goes in for a visit. You can tell they really like animals. I would highly recommend Norgate Animal Hospital if you’re looking for a vet.

I had to use this vet in an emergency situation. I would have paid them anything, as I couldn't get in with the other vets I have used in the past. They charged me the exact price that I was quoted, and through researching afterward, I discovered it was the lowest price.
They had to put my dog down, and they were kind and compassionate to both me and my dog. I have heard of vets trying to get people to consent to frivolous treatments, even when the dog is dying. These guys did no such thing.

I was very impressed with the care my pet received from Dr Lehay and her staff. My bird was very sick and they did a thorough examination, made good recommendations and appropriate referrals. Our bird would not have survived this illness if we had not gone in to see them. They are very professional, knowledgeable and the hospital space is fantastic. We've never experienced anything less than exceptional care at Coast Mountain. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, and their intelligence, thoroughness, diligence, kindness, and thoughtfulness shine through in every interaction. I have just rescued a Cat. Did a health check with Dr. Childs. My Cat's teeth were in bad shape and there were stones in her bladder. Scheduled for surgery and everything went fine.
Dr. Child and her staff are caring and kind. I would recommend this office to anyone for excellent care for their pets.

The Vet and staff of this Animal Clinic is phenomenal. My boy was sick and finally lost his battle. It was traumatic for me but the Vet and her staff called me to check up on my fur baby even through the holidays. They treated him and myself so tenderly and compassionately.
I highly recommend them in caring for your fur babies needs and care. Thank you so much Doctor and the staff...I shall never forget your kindness through such a traumatic time!
