He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. My dog is extremely nervous around people but she desperately needed her nails cut and gets dramatic when I try to do it. Paws In The Bath did an amazing job and I have no hesitation in going back for her next trim.

Went for my husbands bday. Reserved on line and told them. Was hoping he would get a dessert but nothing. Good food but no water given and no bread before food. A little pricey. Good service.

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill.
