Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

Their custom builds suited my budget & needs. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, & made sure every aspect was covered. The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. I have had both Jeff and Rich work on my cars since before Budget started almost 20 years ago! They and Jeff's son Rob are the best in the business! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the automotive business! I highly recommend them if you need anything at all done to your car. If there is the odd problem along the way, they go above and beyond until everything is right!!

No words could possibly explain the costomer service that I get everytime I call or picking up a prescription. I always hear hi Tim and bye Tim. I phoned in 2 prescriptions today and was told they are already for pick up Tim, have a nice bye

The pharmacist [Deana or Nina...I am not sure of her name } is such a genuinely helpful, friendly, kind and caring individual.
The stores over the counter products are very reasonably priced which is not typically the case for a smaller [non-chain) pharmacy .
Outstanding customer service , excellent prices and the store itself is clean and neatly maintained .

On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi. As a new customer, these are things that make me want to recommend and refer to any of my friends and family. Everything was very smooth from the moment I came and until the moment I left.

I was on the side of the 401 in Cambridge because the splash shield on my car fell off while I was driving, an employee of Always On Call was just ahead of me repairing a truck, he took 5 minutes to help me out and I was back on the road in no time. He obviously didn't have to help me but I was very grateful that he did. Thank you!!
