absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
Friendly, professional and quick.

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Paul knows his stuff, he ordered the part for my washer, came to do the repair and went straight to work. The repair was done in no time at all. EXCELLENT service, and reasonable prices. Will definitely contact Key Refrigeration & Appliance again for any future appliance repairs. I was very impressed, thanks so much.

I have dealt with Ken and Dean at Stony TV for 20 plus years. I've always had a great experience. They are extremely knowledgable on the products and are more than willing to spend as much time as necessary with their customers to make sure they are making an informed decision when making a purchase. Anything I have ever bought was either on time or if it was on back order from the manufacturer, I was notified and offered alternatives. I highly recommend them for any appliance, TV, home theatre needs!
