Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.

Thank you for replacing the window that lost it's seal. The man who did the work was very nice, diligent, and did meticulous work! (and he was also very tolerant of our two yapping dogs). I recently built a house and bought the majority of the supplies from Rona in Chatham. This turned out to be a very wise move. They have quality products and the service is the best. They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.

Really happy with my kitchen. The guys installed it quickly and were very professional. Everything is high quality and looks great. Definitely will be hiring them again when its time to redo the bathroom.
