Thank you for replacing the window that lost it's seal. The man who did the work was very nice, diligent, and did meticulous work! (and he was also very tolerant of our two yapping dogs). We bought these windows from you several years ago and have been extremely pleased with them. We would never consider anyone else.

We were helped by Kevin in the summer plant and supplies. He was probably the nicest guy we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He asked our names, and was just so happy and seemed happy to help. He suggested buying two extra bags of mulch, which we did. Great sales advice. You are lucky to have such a nice employee. I wanted a bay window in my living room for a long time and I finally wore my husband down. The next step was to actually buy the window but I had no idea where to look so I asked an old friend of mine. He suggested Clera and I can now see why, from start to finish I was in very good hands and now that they window is installed I love it more then I even thought I would in the first place. I spend more time in there then any other room in the house :)

I recently built a house and bought the majority of the supplies from Rona in Chatham. This turned out to be a very wise move. They have quality products and the service is the best. They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.

Really happy with my kitchen. The guys installed it quickly and were very professional. Everything is high quality and looks great. Definitely will be hiring them again when its time to redo the bathroom.
