Our engagement and wedding rings were individually designed and made for us. Tina (the designer) seemed to know exactly what we wanted when we explained it to her. The rings turned out better that we could have ever imagined. I also thought having a custom made ring would've been much more expensive, but compared to major retail chains, they weren't. For my dollar, you might as well design what you want for the same price or less. It was an amazing and joyful experience for us both. T.L.R.

Absolute pleasure to work with. Pleased that we made the choice to visit Michelsen Jewellers. I arrived with my elderly mother who needed to have two small bracelets repaired/adjusted as well as a catch on a necklace and Bob had all ready within one day for her to again treasure and enjoy. I lost the birthstone in my ring, so I decided to get it fixed. I contacted Magnetta Designs and they ordered a certified stone and re-set my ring. It looks beautiful and only took a couple of days. Thanks Magnetta Designs!!!!
