Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. We did a Major reno in 2018. Everyone that they sent to the job site from doing an estimate, rebuilding our deck replacing our front door, windows, railings, siding etc was very professional, helpful and friendly. We could not be happier.

A few years ago we made a sudden purchase of a condo. We received the possession while on vacation in Jamaica in February. We spoke to Mario prior to leaving and advised him of our needs to get the basement finished prior our tenants moving in on April 01. We need a bathroom, a bedroom, a utility room and yoga area and a living room in the currently unfinished basement.
