We were really well served by having ‘Sylvain’, a service technician from Cosmo-Tech Services Inc., this morning to investigate a puzzling leak under our dishwasher. He identified the faulty components very, very quickly—and had a repair plan planned out within minutes. The replacement parts are now on order! Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help!
