We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
