My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

#top-class... you can buy Apple things everywhere but ReStart is super stocked and the Service personnel are spectacular, friendly,affordable and reliable.
I have purchased over 20 mac devices and they all work great because of the fine tuning done by Robin and Chris as needed .....incredibly, the whole family shops here. Siamak is the boss ...if you invite him for a really good Italian style espresso, only once at Shatterbox across the street, he'll treat you better than his family in the old
