I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. Not sure why there are so many negative comments. I have used numerous clinics. This is now the only clinic I go to. I have a clinic right around the corner from where I live but usually wait 3-4 hours to get in.... TMC is Fast, reliable and professional the list goes on and on. I have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to get in.
