We were looking for a used car and the entire staff in this dealership made the experience excellent! Although I had not been to this dealership in the past? I would buy another car here just because of the staff. Marc Stenson helped us and even had a congratulations sign and it was spotless in the showroom! My 2013 CRV had its engine actuator replaced which became faulty later. Frank (proprietor) replaced it with no cost to me. He could have easily charged me. He is very honest, knowledgeable and family oriented. I can recommend him to anybody looking for a good and honest repair facility in Ottawa.
