Called Pioneer Transmission in a panic because I was told by a different mechanic that I needed a new clutch and they refused to fix it. They took my car in the very next morning and found it was not the clutch they fixed the small problem free of charge. I am so thankful and will defiantly be keeping them as my go to Mechanic shop? Dream Team! Tom and his Paralegal were nothing but good to me. Showed me compassion and support when I was in need with nowhere to turn. Honest about the consequences of my actions and worked quickly to have everything resolved as quickly as possible.
