First ever visit to dealership in Dec, 2017. The courtesy shown, individualized attention to customer's observation and need and timely service offered were hallmarks of a truly professional service team. It was indeed impressive that headed by a thoughtful and attentive manager who actually took time to listen to the customer's views, the team ensured that work was done efficiently and satisfactorily. I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. They did all the paper work which was a HUGE help because I was leaving Ottawa. I had a good experience so just wanted to give them a thumbs up. Thanks guys!
