Not only is Rusco's product top of the line, their customer service is unparalleled. I've never worked with more professional trades people than Josh and Paul who installed our widows. The original construction grade widows were poorly installed, lines misaligned and trim depths completely inconsistent. Josh and Paul corrected all the original mistakes and were not happy until they had achieved perfection. Top marks for workmanship and customer service!!!

The employees were very helpful, I had very little to no water pressure, they stayed on the phone with me and went through all the possibilities of a solution before setting a site visit, we were able to find the problem, resolve it without the need for a service call.

I entered this sore with no idea of what vaping was about. As a 25 year smoker, I was unsure of what this new technology had to offer me or my chances of kicking the habit. The staff at this shop were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely patient.
