Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

Garrett and his crew were friendly and very professional. They stuck to their estimate (which was reasonable and competitive) and did exactly what I wanted. My hedge was in very rough shape but it looks much better now. I would be happy to recommend Pristine to anyone.

Will hire again for our next tree removal needs! The Abby Tree was very helpful in removing a number of very tall and tricky trees from our property and around our home – they made a tough job look easy!
