My family was really feeling the effects of the destructive windstorm that hit the Lower Mainland. Had a 3-day power outage due to a tree taking out our service line. It was difficult to access with their aerial lift truck, especially on a dark and rainy night, but they got everything in working order real quick. Lots of respect to these guys for their hard work and long hours while away from their families during the holidays.

I've known Andy (Owner) for 5 years now and he has been my mechanic since moving to the Okanagan. He has always been straight forward, friendly, honest, reasonable in his pricing and has never screwed me over. This is a busy little shop and for good reason, so be reasonable and patient. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues without hesitation. No complaints from any of them.

This Chiropractor is the first I have ever experienced that after the few treatments I had, felt like I didnt need to return week after week. She analyzed my situation, and with great care proceeded to work at my problem areas and repair me. If you want a wilderness experience this is the place. The air is unbelievable. The cabins are rustic but cozy. Lots of forest roads to ride bikes or quads. Love it up there

I had a package shipped up to me, and I ended up putting in the wrong postal code. Tracking it online told me Vernon. Calling around to both post offices in Vernon, and several in Kelowna (because my address was a Kelowna one) didn't give me any helpful information. I called this office once, and they took my number and ended up finding it for me later that day and calling me. Super helpful staff, and I'm tempted to just order to Armstrong all the time for the service alone.
