I am very grateful to Dawn Payne at Vertex Physio for the excellent treatments, which I have been receiving for the last three years. I have had a plenty of traumas from sports, and Dawn is a great diagnostician, and a very skillful physiotherapist. She really cares about her patients.

Well, I had an unfortunate experience that I needed to call a towing company to pick up my specialty vehicle with a flatbed truck to take it to another awesome company in Leduc to do a quick service to my vehicle. Brenden was quick to respond to our request for an inspection and quote on repairing the stucco and some parging on the house and the rerouting and repointing of the ledger stones on the windows of our patio and deck areas.
He was easy to communicate with and provided an explanation of what they would do. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed in one day. Brenden and Chance took care to protect the deck & worked efficiently during a very hot day. Clean up was great. Kudos.

I went their on Saturday early morning to buy a phone charger and some other items. There was a girl at customer service, I would say she was so polite. How she treated me i liked. I don’t remember her name but she is under training, i saw her batch. I will definitely visit this store in future as well. Well they know the value of customer service.
