I have 3 daughters with super curly hair. Cocos was a life saver! Absolutely amazing brought life back to their hair. We learned finally how to take care of their curls. Now whoever said white people can do black hair. Well they have never been to Cocos! Highly recommend this salon! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable!

Eco-Side (Tim) was recommended to me by a friend. Right from the start, Tim was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Tim even checked in with me via text the next day to make sure things were up to par. I appreciate Tim's approachable and authentic nature and his non-judgmental style of answering all of my questions and his attention to detail. Got in with Aleka as a walk in appointment with my 4 yr old son. She was great! Made him smile and laugh and did fantastic job with his hair. Price was very reasonable. Id for sure go back!

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

We, as a family have been going to Dominica's for a few years now. I have long thick hair and Victoria always takes care of me when I need my hair colored and when the guys need their hair trimmed. They attend alot more often than myself however, they are always pleased. Busy locally owned shop! Stay safe and keep those smiles happening.
