I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Ive be been a loyal customer since day one because of their impeccable service. Both friendly and accommodating to my needs as a single mother, they are always there when I need them. I have grown to know the staff so much that I trust them with getting my kids to school on days when I need them. If there is a high volume of calls they always inform me of the wait time and if its too long they offer to find me another cab so my needs are being met. The only company to not let me down. Love them!
