The owner is helpful - even when I am only buying a $3.00 piece of aluminum tubing. I have had to wait while he helped somebody who was buying a model worth hundreds of dollars - but lets be reasonable here. The prices are competitive with what is found online, and I have found building materials there (thin aluminum sheet) which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

About 27 years ago I had a shifter cable sticking on my Accord. Dennis looked at it and said that he could repair it for about $250. However he said there was a recall on this and I should take it to Honda for repair. I’ve been going to them ever since. Great service and very knowledgeable.

My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer.
