I recently started using them (last year) and the only thing you need to know is that they are a repair not a replace shop.
Both Paul and Joe are amazing and I do expect to have long-lasting relationship between my cars and them.
Even if they are very busy (and that's because they do a great job so they are in demand) they have been able to service my 3 cars with absolutely no problem.
Honest and real is what I need and that's what they provide!

I had a problem with the heater control panel. Nissan asked 800$ just for replacement part. Mark repared it for 260$ including work. Wonderfull job!!
