Had a great experience at this store.Gus was very helpful helped me sign up for two new phones.My husband and I went back a couple of days later to pick them up.Brett was working that day another exceptional worker.We are both in our 60s and we would recommend this store to everyone who isn't as savvy with technology.

Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind!
He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. And I was so, so thankful for that. He is a great guy - and I have sent many people there after who were very satisfied!!!
