I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. We bought two vehicles in two weeks because we were so impressed with the service the first time that we came back to buy our other vehicle. I have recently had troubles with my car so I took it in and they replaced everything without a hassle & without charging me. I will go to this dealership until they give me a reason not to!

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. I look forward to an equally positive relationship with the service staff over the next few years. I have no hesitation in recommending Milton Kia and Juan Carlos in particular to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Time spent at Milton Kia will benefit you whether you purchase from them or not. We had the best experience ever while having our Motor home repaired at Anderson in Woodstock.
The staff kept us informed of everything going on.
When we buy a GM we will definitely go to Anderson's and I would suggest everyone else go there as well.

I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. I must say, the service from all of the staff at Anderson Kia was excellent and refreshing. Super friendly and very knowlegable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! After getting ripped off by dealerships and auto shops for decades, I only go to Dubois now! Honest and reliable! Worth the drive from Hamilton. They do all of my repairs and I’ve bought my last 2 cars from them (new and used)! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
