I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

Tony from Okanagan Ceiling Refinishers had to return after he found out there were a few blemishes on my newly painted ceiling (after I removed a wall for the new kitchen/ great room and had a drywaller do the patching and texture matching - as I didn't know about this company at the time)... he then re-textured the entire ceiling and it is truly great! I was treated with the utmost respect both times and they are extremely good at making sure there is the least amount of disruption and no mess!

We needed to get three quotes for our concrete work Westside Curb Appeal not only showed up right away, returned the quote and followed up with us. We never heard back from the other companies. Frank was wonderful to deal with. He was prompt in starting and finishing the floors. We even added some jobs for him two days in, such as refinishing the doors and window sills, and he had no issues with it. Everything looks new and refreshed. He even took the time to refinish our address sign, which he said was bothering him every time he came to the house. lol He made sure we were happy with the end result. Good price also. I would have no problem recommending his services! Thx Frank!
