Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

Jay (Jared?) in the photo lab was very knowledgeable and a big help. He walked me through all my issues with using the photo kiosk and application. He even kept going out of his way to check up on me as I spent An hour or so at the kiosk A++
