Wow! what a great spot on King Street. Owner Tony Loschiavo has done it again. Newly opened Paese on King Street delivers. With a beautiful upscale atmosphere, fun and not pretentious, he is going to give the others on this King St West strip a run!
Excellent food, great friendly genuine service.
Can't wait to return for their bar menu that promises to have bar snacks with a twist. Big portions, affordable prices.

I went to a birthday party where we had a private menu. The food kept coming and it was all very flavourful. I would definitely go back next time I am in town.

I have never been there for dinner, but for $5 martinis I go whenever I can ;) It has a great laid back atmosphere. Perfect for an after dinner drink without all the noise of a club or lounge.
$5 Martinis until 12 can't be beat and with nearly 100 varieties, I have yet to try them all but I try to get different ones each time. If you want to snack on something well you drink get there before 1.
Great place to go as a group, but get there around 9 before it starts to fill up. Ask if the back room is available. Great little private area if you have enough people.
Nothing wrong with the service but nothing exceptional either.

On a minus ten degree day, I braved the wind and found Bar Buca for their Winterlicious lunch menu. Ordered the zucchini appetizer with the Italian wedding soup as the main, a biscotti and something like a crisp cookie wafer for desserts. Warmed me up that day

The flavour of the pasta was amazing. The aged beef was exquisite. Service was second to none. Wine parings were excellent. Thank you for a great evening. I wish I had the recipe for the pasta.

I'm not sure what these other people are talking about because I think this place is amazing.
They have three locations now, and as a loyal customer, I have visited all of them. Each atmosphere is a little different, the most recent addition at Yonge/Eglinton (Piazzetta #3) is the nicest. More importantly, the food is consistently amazing, not to mention inexpensive. My guests and I have never been disappointed. The pastas are always fresh and the pizzas are always perfectly thin and remind me so much of my trip to Italy. My favourites are the Calamari, Penne Primavera and Arugala Salad. But I also love the funghi pizza (which ALWAYS has lots of mushrooms). My partner loves the grilled salmon and veal chop entrees. Everything I've ordered has always been fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!
