FOR YEARS I WAS TROUBLED WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS HIP PAIN. MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING PARTICULARLY WRONG WITH MY HIP AND SUSPECTED IT MAY BE MY BACK. I WAS IN HER OFFICE LESS THAN 10 MIN., SHE ASKED ME A HALF DOZ QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME SHE WAS ALMOST CERTAIN IT WAS SPINAL STINOSYS. AN MRI AND DIAGNOSIS AT THE GEN CONFIRMED.

Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. I went in November 8 for some snacks on my way home. There was an accident on the hwy which is why I stopped in. Katrina was very polite and friendly the whole time I was in there. I didn't see anyone there to help her out with the line up. She truly deserves credit for how she handled the situation. I believe it was at 2 pm I was in there.
