I bought a Orchid for a dear friend on Dec. 06, 2011 and it is now May 14, 2012 and the Orchid is still in full bloom and my friend could even enjoy it for Mothers Day yesterday.

Recently Graham's custom made me a ring using my diamonds and gold. I was not sure how they would react to this request but the whole experience was positive. Melanie was very helpful & accommodating ensuring I received exactly the ring I wanted. Extremely professional and beautiful craftsmanship for a very reasonable cost. Lovely food, wonderful presentation and went above and beyond, Helen and George did so much more than just cater our daughters wedding, but went out of their way to help out with so many things.... I heard about a firearms dealer in Campbell River and being new to the area and being an outdoor enthusiast I thought I would check them out. In just a few moments of being in there you realize these folks have been in business a while and have a great attitude towards their customers what struck me as unique was that they carry items that are proven or desirable by consumers who know what they want. I will be shopping there as often as I can and look forward to being able to actually buy items off the shelf that normally I have had to order, a real pleasure.

We were extremely pleased with this company, they gave us a quote for all the costs and they showed up on time, did not take any shortcuts (actually went over and above in some cases)and they finished the job on time and on budget. Very personable, accommodating and the attention to detail was astounding. (for example: they walk your property when done to make sure that there are no stones or debris that could get hit with your lawnmower and cause damage)

The owner and his employees at all 3 of the store locations are very knowledgeable, honest, and so friendly to deal with. Jeff, the owner, has been in business locally for almost 20 years. His knowledge of the metal markets is excellent, and as a grader of coins, banknotes, stamps, jewellery, etc. etc. he is accurate and fair. The stores have a great selection of world coins and banknotes, and also new and estate gold and silver jewellery. I would highly recommend a visit to the Gold Silver Guy before any of the mobile dealers that set up for a couple of days in the mall...Jeff will exceed their offers practically all of the time.
