Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and always willing to help. I love seeing the pets in there too. Even when I phone in with a question I get the same great service as if I were in the store. Thank you to Global Pet Foods at Bridgeport and University in Waterloo
