A very special thank you to Tyler. We had a flat and they estimated 45 minutes until they got to us. He got there in 25 minutes. Quicker than the pizza guy! Thank you so much for the prompt and courteous service. I would have done it myself, but I like my wife to find me handsome, not handy! Dad showed me how to do stuff, but the voices in my head were louder and screamed hire a pro! LOL!

Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. The prices are what should be expected and wait times are nice and short. We use Finch all the time and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Finch to everyone who reads this review. Visited for a windshield leak. Jeff explained that the cause of the leak was due to rust along rubber trim by the window. He found a very effective solution to fix the issue in an economical manner. The car was old, and spending $800+ was not desired.

There is only one thing I dislike about this Costco. Man who manages/runs the pharmacy is rude to the front desk employees(maybe others also as I can't see their treatment). They can be run off their feet at times and it was one of those times he berated them in fromt of me being the customer. I found this to be embarassing for us both. Today was not the first time I have seen him do this. He should be talked to and if warranted employees shoold be spoken to privately.

Im wondering what happened to this guy... he did such a nice job on our back yard and was supposed to come back for touch ups in spring. I cannot contact him anyway!
