i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof. It was the best experience ever with the Perma shine company. Yes it takes a long time for the treatment of undercoating, but luckily I wwent home to wait. The staff were courteous, the office clean, but the biggest surprise happenned when the manager said" give us a few minutes while we wash your car." I had driven in from the country and the exterior was covered in dirt and pollen. I did not recognize my car when they drove it out to the lot, and the best surprise was the sparkling hub caps.
