I recently rented a small storage unit at Budget. The service, unit and price were great. The unit was ready to move in and I was shown how to work the lock mechanism by Roger, the manager. We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. And i recommend this place to anyone who is reading this, u will be happy that you chose daves auto shop!

My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. Paul Menezes did everything he could to make our purchase not only comfortable but successful. And Paul, thanks for coming in on your day off. I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

I have rarely enjoyed purchasing a car as much as I did at Derrick Dodge.
I was in need of a good utility work truck and purchased a Ford F 150 pickup. The price was fair.
I had heard good things about Derrick Dodge from friends and was not disappointed.
An all around good experience.
