If you want a wilderness experience this is the place. The air is unbelievable. The cabins are rustic but cozy. Lots of forest roads to ride bikes or quads. Love it up there

My out of town relatives and friends sometimes stay at the Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel and have been really impressed by the level of quality that the hotel offers. What you can't see from the road is the huge grass area inside the "quad"... kind of like what university campuses have. That's really nice for kids. Kind of like having a park onsite. The rooms are larger than expected and recently reno'd. They were higher end than I expected too. It's nice to have a new ORA restaurant as part of the hotel now as well. Their local wine list is one of the biggest I've seen in Kelowna. Overall it's a great hotel located centrally and just down the road from the airport.

I wanted to do a test run before my actual driving test, so I called Bob's driving school. He moved people around to accommodate me, as my test was the next day. He was calm, low key, and encouraging throughout the whole test.While driving with him I realized how much the driving book actually cant really teach you. The next day, the driving instructor giving me my test said it was a very good road test

The management provides exceptional customer service. I was shown how to us the laundry facilities from start to finish in a patient and friendly manner. I appreciated the dedication he had to appreciate and connect with me. The machines are well maintained and it is kept clean. The location is perfect because it right across from the mall if you want to take a stroll while you wait. He also provides full serve laundry which is perfect in a rush. Great service. Very accommodating and in good supply. Very competitive/better. Husband & wife that speak from experience and know value of knee stroller vs crutches. Delivered quick, free & flexible. Owner adjusted to my needs and stayed with me to teach me. Very friendly and knew my pain of broken ankle and being useless on crutches. Life changing product & so happy w/service compared to competition who treat you like cash cow & have premium pricing for low inventory. Highly recommend.
