Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! I did a lot of research into winter tires, and as I have just moved to Spruce Grove I went into the Kal Tire store. I have been in the auto industry for 40 years and was amazed how well I was looked after. It was suggested that the winter tires on my Ford Edge would save me money and get great performance would be Sumitomo Ice Edge, Plus they gave me discounts I did not ask for. The Tires and the store were great I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you
