I have my taxes done about 15 or 16 years by Mootha a true professional who has experience. And real knowledge of your need to have your taxes done accurately. I have my husband my children who have followed me. I am more comfortable. With him coming from a srilanka back ground and language. It feels like back home. Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

On a tour of the mill today with a little group from Kerrisdale Seniors Centre I learned how a log becomes saleable lumber for commercial customers to refine further for their purposes. It was a privilege to see the expertise of all the staff - something like choreography. Each person knew what he was doing and why before passing the wood to the next part of the operation. Their knowledge, skill, and efficiency (strength and stamina)are admirable (astounding to me).

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

I am a picky customer with high standards that I am told no one will ever live up to. Bal & Sonia are a nice young couple who go the extra mile but dont overcharge you for doing so!
If you need a cleaning service with good customer service skills, where they listen to your needs and do a few extras here and there, while maintaining a consistency for the time they charge
